• Working with two friends turned colleagues to create a product for Officers, Lawyers, Security and the Public.• Understand market needs for those seeking Law and Acts.• View competitive landscape and understand feature needs and jobs to be done.• Focused on domains for Criminal and Province Acts, Search and Save, Fines and Speeding.• Product problems identified January 2016• 3 founders team formed March 2016• Alpha launched to subset user group January 2017
My Achievements
• App official launched June in Appstore 2017• Features launched include speeding chart, demerit tags search, common language search, favourites list, voice search, colour tags.• Criminal and Province Ontario Law is locally stored, fast, and accurate.• 4.8 Star Rating on Google Play Reviews.• 4.22 Screens/Session with Avg. Session Duration 1:16s, resulting in finding/ applying acts.• 200% Growth on Active Users MoM, by only word of mouth.• 95,000+ Screen Views within 5 months.• 22,000+ Sessions within 5 months.• 55.74% overall usage from Toronto, Ontario market.• 2K Installs.
