Designed and sold a complete account opening package flow to be used by referring advisors, Assante IC, and their assistants. My role entailed unpacking a complete manual paper process and creating a digital SAAS offering that CGI would own and licence to CI Financial, and subsidiaries Assante and Stone Gate. New digital users could submit and enter client information to the back-office team.
